— How I work —

Two processes, one brain.

I design like a product designer — user-first, metric-driven, cut-fast. And I ship like an AI-native operator — Claude as thought partner, code as the fastest prototype, voice as the next frontier.

◆ the craft

Design process.

01

Listen, then frame

Talk to users, sales, support — anyone closest to the pain. Write the problem in one sentence before I draw anything.

02

Sketch wide, cut fast

Generate 5–10 directions on paper or as wireframes. Kill 80% in the first review. Defend what survives.

03

Hi-fi with real data

Prototype in Figma with actual content and edge cases. No "Lorem ipsum" — every piece of text is real.

04

Ship, measure, iterate

Launch behind a flag, watch the metric, listen to the complaints. Most designs are wrong on v1 — that's fine.

✦ the advantage

AI workflow.

01

Claude as thought partner

Pair-thinking on product strategy, critique on drafts, rubber-ducking tough flows. Not as an answer machine — as a second brain.

02

Figma Make + Claude Design

Generate first-pass layouts from prompts, iterate with real tokens. Fastest way from idea to something I can react to.

03

Claude Code for the build

When I need a real prototype I skip Figma and prototype in code directly. Cursor + Claude Code = hi-fi in hours.

04

Voice Agents (next)

Currently exploring voice-first interfaces and agents. Spoken UX has different constraints than visual — different craft.
